Major disappointment

My first one stopped printing in full colors and I received a replacement. Even the replacement still does not print true colors regardless of the setting of quality, type of paper or type of project. I bought it for my store and can't use it to accomplish what we need.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite a work horse

I've owned this printer now for 6 months. For the most part, it performs well in all of it's functions. However, I've not used it as a fax machine because I use an internet fax service. Colors have been well reproduced and the use of large format paper (13" x 19") has been a real plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first it was great but now it's a sad disappointment

Was very happy with the printer in the beginning sadly it's stop printing properly streaking all over the place. I clean the heads doesn't do any good, now I just put up with it.

I needed a printer that would print 13" by 19" wide format; this printer does it all! This is my second one; love this printer. Just wish it was a little smaller.

Wide Format, economical on ink, great print quality. Only problem is it is subject to jamming.

Excellent print quality, tiny print cartridges

This printer has excellent print quality, but don't underestimate how much those prints are going to cost you. The print cartridges for this printer are the smallest I've ever bought. this printer was meant to be a stop gap printer, but the quality is so high, I like it better than the old Artisan printer I had years ago.
