Easy set up

I bought this printer because the reviews were good and the price was right. It certainly has great features, however, the ink doesn't last very long and the print quality isn't great. Even after cleaning the ink heads, I still get lines in my color copies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

Bought this about six months ago. Great printer. Does VERY large photos, easily if you follow the instructions. Easy to change ink cartridges. Holds a whole package of paper. If it gets a paper jam, its because you let something block the tray where paper comes out. If you get a jam, it is easy to unjam. Just wish the software let me select the tray on my phone. Only other complaint is that I think it is being discontinued and I see nothing with the same features in Epson's current inventory.

A good machine!

This unit has provided everything I purchased it for, except output speed.
Printing and scanning are slower than the machine it is replacing (not an Epson).
Paper trays, cartridges and programming are all nicely designed. The dual paper tray design, the feature that attracted me most, has been satisfying.
Thanks for a good machine.

I am very please with the print quality. I am not so please with having to reset/power off and on, just to get it to work.

Large scale scanning

We are scanning a lot of old documents. This printer is not completely intuitive but is getting easier to predict all the time.

Connectivity via WIFI Issues

I purchased this same machine to replace a 2 year old unit. I previously purchased 2 each, ink cartridges for back-up and didn't want to throw them away. The other machine ended up with a control board problem. I have loaded, unloaded, downloaded the printer software on both my wife's mac and my PC laptop 4 times. I was successful to print, but once the printer goes into sleep mode, I receive a message when I want to print again, Network cannot be found. It has it's own IP address!. I shut-off, shut-on to no avail. I have to literally unplug the machine & it will then work. The reason I purchased this machine was for its 11"x17" capability, duplex, and color. When you save a document to flash, it will not give you the option for pdf. either, just JPEG or PNG, but this is a document printer? .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Printer does everything I want, Your Web-site how ever although I admit I am not the tech smartest person, I tried to see if I could order a replacement paper tray for the F 7620 and I could not find it any where ??

software issues

Like that it can print 11x17, scan, copy, and fax. like the document feeder for scanning and faxing.
Continue to have problems with computer communicating with printer. Scanner works sometimes. Wired usb to computer and still have issues. Software needs to be better. I rarely print color and never print photos but I am always running out of ink
