A very pragmatic printwer for multiple uses...

I found myself in need of a printer that could scan and print larger paper sizes than the standard letter (8.5 x 11). At paper sizes up to 11 x 17, this Epson WorkForce met my needs. As always, the quality of the scans and printing are most excellent and are what I have come to expect of Epson printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought but expect the best. I interviewed a person in the store purchasing the same unit. They were pleased with the printer and were buying a 3rd one. That sold me!

One fatal flaw.

Would you like to be able to connect your printer to your iPhone's mobile hotspot and be able to wirelessly print from any other device connected to the same hotspot? With this printer, you CAN'T. Apple products are some of the most prevalent phones on the market. This printer can connect to Android hotspots, but not iPhone? Give me a break! Please fix this!

I have only had this a year and barely used it except in the last 3 months and it has died already. It is a piece of junk and I will never buy another Epson again!!!

Fast, versatile printer with great-looking output

I am very pleased with this printer after having it for three weeks. It prints fast with many useful options for copying and scanning. Black-and-white documents are very sharp, and color pictures show smooth, even color with good blending and shading from one tint to another and no streaks or lines. Paper handling seems very good in both the automatic document feed and the output paper. I can't comment about the fax function because I don't use it. It doesn't seem to use a lot of ink. I use it mainly for personal projects, but I also print documents associated with my work as a lawyer.
