Good, but recommend a couple of improvements

Bought this printer to print 13x19 sheets and also the dual input trays and works as it should. But having to put single sheets of 13x19 paper in the rear feed with the paper flopping around is inconvenient. An extended rear feed tray which allows up to 20 sheets of paper would make it much better. Also, ended up buying another printer, Ecotank, for daily printing to reduce the costs of buying ink cartridges. The 7620 should have Ecotank since it prints on large paper and uses lots of ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst performing printer I've ever purchased. I've been buying Epson printers for 8 years this is the worst!!

Reliability is a major issue.

This printer has some nice features. The print quality is good for most things. Wish it had better networking features or scan to ftp. The main gripe about this printer is reliability. This is my third replacement due to print issues and the inability to clean the print heads. The first printer went after 4500 pages. They sent me a refurbished that lasted 2200 pages. I had to fight with Epson to send me a new unit which they did. We will see what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer does exactly what Epson said it would do.
Is there a learning curve; Of course there is.
Is it an ink eater as some stated in reviews; considering a 13 x 19 sheet is a little over 33% larger in size than a 8.5 x 11 sheet, one need not be a mathematician to see it depends on the sheet size. I found it to be a great choice for the cartridge size and not an ink eater.
In summarization; when and if I wear this printer out I will replace it with the newest model of the series. Considering one cannot actually love an object; I will say that I like this puppy a lot, a whole lot.
