EXCELLENT PRINTER FOR HOME OFFICE

Recently purchased this item to replace an older multifunction printer. Having scanner, fax, copy and print functions all in one unit is the number one requirement for a home office machine, but I often work from home as a designer of mechanical equipment, and the large paper selection options (including legal-8 1/2 x 14; and ledger-11 x 17) make this machine a step above the others in this application.
My only criticism is that a more detailed and comprehensive operator's manual should be included because the operator's setup guide and user manual constantly refer the user to online sources rather than having a hard copy. This can complicate the setup process, especially when the installation and setup requires one to shut down all open programs to restart or install drivers, etc.

I have had this printer a couple of weeks or so now and so far its been great, i love all the different size papers it can print, and the wi-fi ability it great too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and excellent/outstanding support

I love this printer, however, I have had a lot of problems with it and as a result it has been replaced 6 times, two of the times were with rebuilt machines that did not work from the time I got them. The first machine worked for nearly a year without a problem then trouble hit. I love the 2 paper trays and the automatic selection the machine does.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It holds enough paper that you're not constantly needing to refill it. The print speed is impressive. The print quality is great.
