The Epson WorkForce is a Work Horse

This is my second Epson for the office. And I hope when this one wears out there will be another to replace it. We use it much more than just a desk printer. It's our main source of printing, faxing and scanning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not easy at all, may steps just to set up, register, must like self taught product guide too techy.

Doesn't do the basics

I bought this printer since it allows 13 X 17 printing. It does a good job of this if you link the printer to a computer by a usb cable. It is very unreliable when printing by Wifi. I will say that I am a Mac user and the company does not seem to discriminate between what type of computer you use. I have found that printer computer communication seems to be the biggest issue that still is not well solved for any company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Colors Gradually Fade

The overall operation of the printer has been excellent. The colors, which were very bright when new (Feb. 2015), have faded and are not nearly as bright now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the Epson to replace a laser printer that just got too expensive to operate; The WL-7620 was a breeze to setup and I could go right to work. AND the print quality clear and sharp;
I would recommend this to a friend!

Performance right out of the box

I purchased this printer for sublimation printing. I set up an after market continuous ink system with sublimation ink. The quality and detail of the print was outstanding. I would recommend this printer for a business. If you have a lot of printing needs I would upgrade to the eco tank system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heavy Paper

I bought this printer for the ability to print on card stock paper, without bending the paper. That makes for a better finished product. More presentable.

I love it. It's a solid jack-of-all-trades, easy to set up, with a great variety of paper size and finish to choose from, an envelopes slot and a second tray for paper up to 11"x17". The Large-capacity ink cartridges definitely last longer. The very detailed manual does help when doing advanced printing. This printer is probably the best I've owned for regular work. For art and photo comps printing, I calibrate it to the job, test it for luminosity, ink coverage etc., which are all customizable as well. I send text and casual photos to print from my couch downstairs, and it works like a charm. The fax works great, even with a VOIP number. It's a fairly large table-top device --many functions and paper sizes-- that will fit a small table. If you're looking for a true multi-tasker, you won't be disappointed.
