Very Underwhelming & Poor Performance

I purchased this printer 2 years ago & should’ve took it back when I completed my first print because the picture nor the text were as clear and clean as implied. Furthermore, I have had countless error codes with this printer which has resulted with the heads being damaged & too expense to repair. That’s not acceptable performance for a lightly used printer that’s 2 years old. Not worth the money I paid & I will never purchase another Epson printer again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can have excellent connection with wifi on both my laptop and printer yet it will take several times to try to connect to print something. I do not recommend.

Exactly What I Needed For My Office

I absolutely love this printer! I do a lot of printing on envelopes as well as on standard full size sheets of copy paper and this printer allows me to be able to load both, one type in each paper tray. So when I print, it automatically pulls from the appropriate paper tray. I love it, I'm grateful ... a great product at a perfect price! Thank you! :)

Great performance, could use better written software control

Works fine for me on my computer. My wife hates it because on her computer the graphic printing is set up for high resolution, so it is unbelievably slow in printing. Not easy to figure out how to reset parameters to standard resolution. For me, the scanning software is a pain in the butt because it is difficult to figure out (initially or after a long period w/o scanning) how to set the file save path and file name. In other words, the software is not intuitive to use.

Wifi sucks

I bought this printer 4 months ago and it was working fine till Windows 10 updated. now the only way I can print with this printer is by connecting directly to USB cable . I attempted to complete tech support suggested fix but still cannot use WiFi to print on this printer do not buy this printer if you desire to use it on WiFi.

This unit copies/prints/scans fast, including oversize documents. It also has a high paper capacity. Quick and easy to load paper and replace ink, it also has capacity for larger size, long lasting black ink cartridge. The setup was not complicated, and did not take long.
I would recommend this to a friend!
