The workhorse of the office

We have three WF-7620s in our office. They all worked great when they were new. I'd say we're a few years in now, I believe, in using them. They're the true workhorse of the office. I just wish the company allowed double sided printing to be more environmentally friendly.

is a little slow and he colors are not as good as other brands - but for the price it is ok, just not for pictures, for blueprints it works

Amazing Printer!

Prior to purchasing the WF – 7620, I had a workforce 635, which I thought was great. The 7620 is the best home printer I've ever seen. A really cool feature is, if you are away from your house, you can email your printer a document and it will be waiting for you when you get home if you are out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent quality scans.
Software is not so user friendly.
It’s such a hassle to use I end up reconnecting my older hp to computer to print.

This printer has all the features I wanted in a printer. To bad I am constantly having to reload printer software. Wait forever for pages to print. These problems happen wi-fi or usb wired
