Sub Par performance

Bought the WF7620 right at a year ago! Printer head went, very disappointed in printer! Help feast wasn’t very helpful either! Would not recommend this printer!

Over a month old and no serious problems other than a couple of paper jams. Color printing for copies has been excellent, almost laser like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this for about 1 year. I can print on it from any of my computers just fine. The copy part is another story. You cannot just walk over, put something on the glass, press copy, and then hit B&W (cause we rarely use color) and it make a copy. Just this morning, we had to restart it 4 times to make copies and it still won't. We also have it set on letter size paper and it will change that to another size always after the first copy is made, if it can be made. Don't expect good things from this if you need to do more than print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I spend more time fixing it and getting paper jams out than I do printing things!! Every single day there is something wrong with this printer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Exceptional multipurpose versatility

I have being using the WF-7620 printer for close to a year and found the printer to perform really well in all departments of printing, scanning and copying/printing with the added benefit of both the scanner software and multiple sizes of paper that can be used. The jamming rate is very low even when I scan multiple pages (up to 50) double sided. Scan quality could be a bit better when compared to the previous WF-3640. Ink usage and cost is usually a premium which I just manage. Love the WorkForce models I have used so far, that why I keep using them.

Worst Printer I have ever bought

For the first year this printer worked well. But not the ink is a mess. I have no yellow. In trying to keep the heads clean I waste all the color ink. It jams all the time. The scanner works well but not when I need to print what I scanned. I would not buy this printer if you want to print color, it is not good with color. Often picks up multiple sheets of paper when trying to print. Ends up printing on two sheets messing up the final printout.

Great, but should last longer

This printer was great for the first year, however now, none of the color ink works. Tried cleaning the print heads multiple times, however still will not print Cyan, Magenta or Yellow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
