I am happy with my purchase, it is faster than the Epson we had and better print, how ever I do not like the way it prints the pages after the first one it does not leave space at the top of the page. Ant suggestion?

All around good printer

I needed a printer that would scan and print large, 11 x 17, format as well as standard sizes, sheet feeder, 2 sided printing and good color with high capacity ink cartridges, this printer does it all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would really like this printer if I did not have to monitor the output when making largers runs of 25 two-sided color pages or more.

WE ARE EXPERIENCING FREQUENT CONNECTION FAILURE WITH LAPTOPS AND DESKTOPS. ESPECIALLY, SCANNER IS NOT COMMUNICATING CONSISTENTLY WITH PC

Refurbish Printer

I have had an Epson Printer WF-7620 for a year and half. I was having trouble with the print quality. I followed all their recommendations and my printer was not fixable so they shipped me a refurbish one which was easy to unpack and repack mine to send it back to them. The new refurbished one is great! Finally, quality printing! Thank you EPSON!

Won't print in B&W when low on color ink.

Very frustrating that printer refuses to print in BW when one of color inks is low, even when you select gray scale or print in BW only. HP was vilified for this. Sad to see Epson following them.
