Keeps having to be reinstalled.... big time waster....today I spent the whole morning trying to scan 2 docs

WF-7620 - This is my second one,, love the great print quality, ability to scan, and 11x17 performance. Wish there was a better way to really clean the print heads.

I've used this printer for quite a while and found that the paper delivery system is pretty bad. The rear feed slot for 11X17 is useless, it ejects the paper while you are sending the print command and the drawer holders have glitches. The paper selections are quite limited as well, ie, card/index stock is not listed as a choice so you have to select recycled. The image comes out crooked on the page on either standard 24 lb. stock or index stock. The fax utility is outdated and should be upgraded to send as emails if selected, with most people having only cell phones these days fewer and fewer land lines are in existence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Printer I have ever owned

I have had this printer replaced no less than 4 times while under warranty. While the replacement process is easy, the printer is a hassle to use. Without any reasoning that I can figure out, it goes offline. The scanner will stop functioning. Within a year, documents jam and I get a replacement. NOT a new replacement but a refurbished one with its own problems. I would not buy this printer again.

Its been almost a year and the quality has drop substantially. Haven't found anyone that wants to do maintenance on it.

Essential home office tool!

We bought this to replace an earlier model Workforce. The fax is invaluable for office work. Printing is easy and with wireless connection we can print from our laptops and IPads from anywhere in the house. I do wish the ink cartridges were larger as I tend to print color photos and graphics fairly often.

WF 7620 review

I purchased this Epson 7620 due to its wide format ability. Have used it for the past 6 months, it out performs any other printer. Easy to use, lots of functions. One improvement would be Epson's OCR software, very awkward to use and does not work on documents.
I would recommend this to a friend!
