wow nice, but!

the printer is just outstanding , hand down the best I have ever had!!! ,,, but the software is giving me some issue's now it might be window's 10, as window's 10 to me is just junk full of issues , so it might not even be Epson software
that's giving me hard times , be that as it may,, just about every pop up box (window), are not showing all the fields and there's no navigating them as there not letting me , I am trying to work with my folder op,s to fix this , but not yet work,, watch the paper options also , seems like it has a mind of its own there , ,, the work it dose is very nice , so in time Ill get the bugs out of it and were go to go, just maybe the thinking behind the software might be a bit funny

Love the large bed

I make a lot of my own designs, and the large bed on this printer allows me to scan large drawings into my graphics program which in turn can be printed on my plotter because I need drawings 10 feet long.
In the scan preview I can easily block out unnecessary void spaces. This inkjet printer also prints the best on fabric.

Wish set up was easier and less time involved. Need more in the a way of written step by step instructions. I still cant figure out how to get my wireless set up. Had no issue setting up my old Epson printer 6 years ago. Now that we have fancier printers, its harder to set up.

Setup Troubles

initially had trouble going through the epson webpage to set up the printer and spent about an hour or two updating the software on my mac. once complete, my computer still didn't automatically locate the printer so i had to manually enter the ip address. when i finally got the printer connected, the epson tutorial asked to set up the fax. the fax machine never came up in the add window so i just canceled.

Warranty Replacement

I purchased a WF7620 approx. 11 months ago. Over the past 3-4 months the print quality became increasingly poor, with blurred lines and spotty prints. The epson technical support team was helpful in trying to trouble shoot, and eventually provided me with a warranty replacement printer which I have just set up. Epson stands behind their products and I appreciate that!

Overall satisfied with the printer, however, I have been unable to create Scanner "Presets" for a default PDF and Default Computer (USB).
It reverts to JPG and an UNSELECTED PC each time I "SAVE" the preset. This is ANNOYING.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have to send photos to commercial printer Because I waist to much ink and paper on streaked prints even after I clean the printers head.
