this is my second WF-7620 - had problems with my first print

I purchased first WF-7620 9 months ago and it had problems. Several error messages which I could not repair on my own. Finally, printer after 9 months of use for home only had to be replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth it!

I bought this a couple of years ago and it still frustrates me. Climbing a high peak is easier that Trying to print just an 11x14. Be sure to sit it on your desk or close by. Some settings, even thoush its on your computer you still need to tap a setting on the printer itself. Had I known the inconveniences I would have bought something else.

Disappointing

I brought this printer about a year ago. It worked fine initially but the print quality is not good. Once it jammed, it never seemed to recover, despite cleaning printheads, re-aligning and all the other troubleshooting tips. Would not recommend this machine.
