Owned for 1 year & couldn't be happier with the results. Ink cartridges last a long time, no paper jams, and love the wireless printing from my phone

Do not buy

Tray number 1 never worked. The print quality, especially for pictures is terrible. Lines through faces and no crispness at all. The scanner doesn't work consistently. Had to reload printer several times...virtually starting all over to get it to work. Rear paper loader is finicky. Every so often won't work. Has trouble printing attachments from different software sent to me. Annoying that you have to reach over and press copy in the electronic window first, and then the start button. Do not waste your time buying this. It's just trouble from the start. I had to take in in one month after I bought it to get it to work properly.

Poor color printing

Colors never printed well. Colors were light and had lines. Magenta and yellow colors stopped working all together.

I purchased this WF 7620 1 year ago and I am very happy with its function. But when I try to up grade the software, it ask for the administrator because I don't have the password. Help me ! I

Great for photo crafting but a bit slow. Ink expensive.

This printer was a gift from my place of work prior. I was asked to choose a printer for the company until they got the big and fast network printer back online. They were satisfied with my choice but gave it to me when temp use ended. I was happy about that to say the least. They didn't like the slow speed but was otherwise happy with my choice.
