Not that compatible with Windows 10

It always print blurry and smeared when printing from my PC using Windows 10 no matter the maintenance, head cleaning, alignment, driver update you do. It print fine from any other device, including iPhone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Customer Support

Not only is the Epson WorkForce WF-7620 All-in-One Printer a great product and workhorse, but Epson's Customer Support is par none in my opinion. When my printer experienced a hardware issue and was no longer operable Epson provided me with a refurbish printer @ no cost as long as I returned the defective one. Mind you my warranty had expired a year prior. Thank you Epson!

I have been marveled at the performance of this printer. It's very reliable and it is capable of exceeding my expectations for any effort I pursue.

I had one previously that worked great for awhile. I had to take it to another town to get it fixed. Then something else went wrong with it and I just decided to trash it and buy a new one because I actually did like the printer. The new one I bought has been a "lemon" from the beginning. Something is wrong with the fax part and every fax or copy I make from the glass has a black streak down it. It appears to have a belt of somekind that is out of place and located between the glass and the printer. Now I cannot use it at all because I get the message Error Code:0x97; which says to turn the printer off and on again. Well that does not work. So now I have to buy yet another printer. It will not be this kind.

I bought this printer because I really liked the features and that I could print wirelessly. I have been having issues with it from day 1. My problems are with it printing wirelessly and with scanning. The printer usually works, but scanning is always an issue. Until this last time, now the printer isn't working either. After installation, it worked for a few days. Then it stops working and I need to reboot my computer and the printer to get it to work. Occasionally I have to reboot the router as well. When all of that stops working, I have to delete the software and reload it. I've had to reload the software 3 times in the past 4 months I've had it. It's a lot of work just to get it to do the simple things I need. I don't think I would buy this again.
