Updating & printing issues

Since a few months after we bought this printer, it has been on going struggles. Software driver will not update and install at all on wifi or connected directly to computer. When ever we print something, half the ink is missing on letters, words, or the picture. Doesnt matter if its color or black and white.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought printer because it is capable of printing 11x17, faxing, and scanning. The scanner rarely works because the software is terrible, always states the computer cannot connect to scanner, yet you can print something and the printer is directly connected with a cable. Print quality is poor and sometimes the fax does not work. I have old HP that prints much better and always work. Would not recommend this printer.

Reliable and fast

I’ve had this printer for 3-4 years. It’s fast and reliable. The two large paper cassettes really make a difference. It’s hooked up over Wi-Fi and prints from every computer and hand held in the house. I print tons of larger format music and it works well for that. I admittedly use third party inks because they are far cheaper and more than adequate for my needs. I don’t print glossy photos. My only gripe is the missing piece of software that would allow me to assemble pages like a book...nested from the inside out. All in all it’s a great printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has a lot of features and very versatile

I bought this a year + ago and do not use it very much. I have a problem printing color documents. I have talked to Epson support and all they tell me to do is clean the print head with the self test. It doesn’t make it any better. I am a retired computer repair person. If I hade some documentation on how it is put together I would take it apart and fix the problem. I am very disappointed with the printer part of the WF7620.

Been using for years, just upgraded computer so had to reinstall this. Bought cheap online ink: does not print very well! Advice?... pay the piper!

great printer - when it works

I love the features and the quality of the prints, the choice of two paper drawers and automatic feed BUT I'm a Mac user and convincing it to use air print has taken me 3 months. and now I want to do a test print and I get error 93. have tried suggestions to remedy but no luck, am told probably a hardware malfunction. I've only used the printer for 3 months and have printed probably 200 prints. I was so excited about all the cool features on this printer. Now I guess I have to buy a new printer. and like an idiot I bought enough ink to last me a year. OH one last problem, print to edge leaves a border.

Doesn’t Last

Have had for 2 1/2 years. Used lightly in my home office. Worked great for 1 1/2 years. Issues with print quality (how many times can you clean the print head....lots). Then got the fatal error 0x97. Tried every remedy could find then finally it became a boat anchor.
