Very good printer - have had for over a year

I waited a long time to write a review on this printer. I've been using it regularly for over a year now, and it only has a few issues -
*even though I have the A/C on, when it's humid outside, the paper in the paper tray sticks together causing more than one sheet to go through the feeder when it's printing, causing it to jam - only when it's humid outside though
*every once in a while it goes offline. A few times I've had to call the 1-800 number, but it's an easy fix
*No printer is perfect, and I've had many, as far as ink usage, this printer is better than others. I buy the XL black and have extra color cartridges on hand

Worst printer ever.

Never buy this printer. I have had it for 3 months, made maybe 200 pages of printing. The quality is terrible. Looks clogged and it is smudged. I am returning it as soon as my new printer arrives. I had problems connecting to it, prints take a long time and it is overall really bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Customer Service

Epson is a great company that backs up its product with fantastic customer service. My printer was giving me trouble, so I called the toll free number to see if it was still under warranty. It wasn't. The rep gave me the tech phone number, so I called tech support. The gentleman took me through many steps to see if we could get it working again. We couldn't. He asked for the serial number to make sure it wasn't under warranty...it wasn't. So I said thank you and was going to hang up. He said they still may be able to help and asked for my address, etc, then asked me to hold the line for a few minutes while he contacted customer care. Customer care came on the line and told me that they had been having trouble with my model and even though out of warranty, they would send me another one...even next day. I was floored! I have really liked my Epson WF7620 and was so disappointed when it quit working. Now I have a new one and I'm back in business!
Another think I would like to note: My first call, I was only on hold for a few minutes. My call to tech support, I was only on hold a few minutes, and my wait for customer care was only a few minutes. I have a busy life and really appreciate the timely service! Thank you Epson!!!

Epson WF-7620 review

A good purchase, seems to be a solid machine. I like the wireless printing feature it makes printing a lot easier. Before I had to take my laptop in the office and plug up the USB cable to print now I can be anywhere in the house and print my documents. The convenience of the wireless printing makes it a worthwhile purchase and how I can also print from my smart phone.

This is a great printer for office or home office or even for those in college or with college kids. Only draw back is no support for Linux and Epson has bought the only company who did offer support and removed them from use.

Great Printer - Has Ink Appetite

I love this printer, scanner, fax, copier. I purchased it mainly for my home office but I have grandchildren who love the way it makes their projects and papers look for school/college. The only thing non-positive thing I have to say is that it uses a lot of ink. I haven't tried the XL cartridges yet but I will next time I run out of ink. I hope it will help. It is very quiet and since my home office doubles as a temporary nursery it's noise level has never bothered my great grandbabies. This is the first Epson product I have owned and I am very happy with it.

Great Printer

Great printer, keep up the good work guys and gals. Though I've been in computers a long time, lol, well, since the beginning, I know my way around a computer and printer, let's say. This is one of the best printers I've owned. It was extremely easy for my wife and I, she's doing the typing, to set up. The overall design of the printer is very functional and practical. My wife and I set up two trays; one for legal, one for letter, with no trouble at all. The best part was the well-organized and easy to follow set up wizard. The scanner works great and was easy to use. We love having the fax capability again, since we've been wireless for awhile. I had some problems trying to fax from Microsoft word. When my wife and I went to the control panel on the printer itself to use the fax option, everything worked fine. In conclusion and as I would expect, this printer lived up to the Epson tradition of quality printers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I've only had the printer a few days, but you'll really love how easy it is to set up and use. We are looking forward to using it because my wife can print wirelessly and I like being connected by the USB cable. The USB cable was not included, I had that from my older computer.
