Setup for WI FI not very friendly, but everything else seems okay right now.

Printer problems

I have purchase 2 Epson workforce printers, WF 7520 and WF 7620 and had problems with the scanner on both printers. The WF7520 was scanning and all of a sudden stopped. So since I did like some of the features of the printer i.e. two trays, I purchased the WF 7620 and had the same problem right away. So unfortunately, I had to purchase a 3rd printer, but not an Epson
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

I purchased the printer due to it's ability to handle diverse paper types and sizes. When I experienced problems with thick media, the support given from the online chat personnel gave great solutions so I was able to perform the tasks I that made the printer attractive to me. Ink is inexpensive and appears to have better duration than the older Epson workforce printer I replaced.

Great all in one product

So far, no complaints. Printer is fast, holds a lot of paper, of different sizes, in the two paper trays. Size capacity is excellent. Print quality has been great. When the black ink ran low, we had the option of mixing the colors together to make black.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First Day Setup

Easy set up using iMac using wireless connection. Just need to download Epson iPrint from iPhone. Easy set up.

Setup was easy. The Epson WF-7620 is exactly what my husband and I need for both our businesses. The size of paper with not only 8-1/2x11, but also for 11x17 and 13x19. My husband does carpentry and commercial work, and I am a Publisher/Graphic Designer/Photography for publishing of books and promotions. I know I am already in-love with my printer. It's everything we wanted.

Air Print problem

My new WF 7620 cannot be found by our two iPhones. They work perfectly with the old 7520. It way too cumbersome to go back to the epson iprint app in order to print a screen shot. Have tried everything suggested. Got on the phone while making this review.
Finally spent 40 minutes on the phone and escalated to a second level person who helped. Simple fix but never would have found it on my own.

Just What I Was Looking For

I had been wanting a large-format printer for a while. This one has all the features I was looking for, and I have had great service from Epson printers in the past. Got a good deal in a back-to-school sale, so buying it was a no-brainer.
