I just set this up which was a little hard without going to videos, quick start a little vague on some things. Did a couple of prints and they are very clear and quick.

BIG WOW factor!

Just set it up and did a print test. This is a big printer and I like it! Big paper trays and big features. The wifi setup was quick and easy, just insert the CD and click. Wife is a school teacher and is excited about printing large wide format for various projects to aid and stimulate learning. I want to print some photos larger than 8X11. Shipping was fast and free. It looks great and well thought out and built. I have had all the big name printers, ink jet mostly, some laser printers. This Epson WF7620 looks to be the most capable, serious, yet simple to use printer so far.

Great Printer; Great Buy

Received and set up my WF7620 earlier today without a single problem—easiest printer set-up I've ever experienced.
All test copies, text and graphic—excellent. Fax: great.
All controls easy to understand and no small print anywhere.
Great machine and a great asset to me and my wife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First Thoughts

At first view this printer seems reasonably well built. Paper trays fragile and difficult to use. Practice and patience help. Manual is on-line, a cheap move. This is a complex machine with many features, and the manual needs to be in hand. After we use get accustomed to it, we may recommend it - it has potential, but currently we cannot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding Epson

I have been using Epson for many years now, primarily because of quality products at a fair price and outstanding customer support. The printer works as advertised. I initially had some trouble setting it up on the Internet using their quick auto type setup. This was most likely due to my firewall. Instead I used the IP address, then everything went smooth on my Mac. I downloaded their mobile app and can print wirelessly from my MacBook, iPad, or iPhone. Great printer at a great price.

My Printer Preference For Life

The Epson printers have become my printers of choice. Not only does Epson printers save you with the overall cost of ink, the fact it will not allow you start a print job unless there is enough ink to complete a job is huge savings in time and paper. Something my other printers don't do.
I currently own a XP-810 (2yrs)
Epson printers forever!

I love the ability to make large prints!!! The printer was reasonably easy to set up although I did need to call customer support. The phone call was easy, easy phone menu, very short hold time and the person I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The issue I had was that 2 colors were not printing and I needed to run several head cleaning cycles to get the printer working properly. This is the reason I am giving this printer 4 stars instead of 5. When the heads were all unclogged more than 25% of my ink was used up! This is a printer that has very small and expensive inks! I now purchase the XL size inks but the ink is still expensive. Everything I print is clear and sharp. Photo quality is very good. The printer is VERY fast. I just wish the cost per print were a little less as I do print a lot.
