Love it

Love my Epson wide format printer. I design art glass and clay and this is perfect for my patterns. Also allows me to use my computer in any room and keep the printer out of sight in my studio. My only complaint is the weight. hopefully I won't have to move it again. Other than that, love love love it. print is beautiful. my other printer was replaced twice. once the year warranty was up, the digital display disappeared. twice was enough for me. glad I researched. I've had Epson before and glad I went back.

I purchased this on October 23rd. I was mostly using it as scanner. I printed maybe a100 pages in 4 months. The prints were solid not great, colors seemed kind of dull. While setting it up on my desktop. I got a paper jam error that became a 0xea. Now I cant print or scan. The belt broke.

Had a Set-up problem with the printer, used the tech call center. I rarely have a good experience with a call center. The lady I spoke with was great. Helped set it up correctly was very nice on the phone. Thanks for the help!

Nice ideas

I like the options available with this Epson Model BUT, I have constant paper jams - I had 15-20 pages jam at one occurance this past week and it can happen weekly. VERY frustrating to take the complete print apart to find it - wasting money on paper first off but my time is so very valuable. When the model is working it's beautiful. Nice color and quality. Take many paper sizes and weights. Oh another annoying items is when you change paper it states it isn't what was selected ...I have to get up and go to the printer and press yes... this happens much too often should be an over ride or something from the computer not having to go to the printer. Again...nice options and when it works correctly it is very nice.

Perfect printing

This printer has been the best printer in terms of quality that I have purchased in the last 5 years. It replaced a HP 8500A all in one which had many problems including poor printing. Another impressive thing with this Epson printer is the ease in which I was able to connect to my network. Fast, simple, and worked without difficult effort on my part.

Epson workforce 7620 is a very good printer. Very happy with all the things it does. My only problem with the printer is the ink cartridges must be replaced frequently.

Finally there is a large format printer that boasts an 11"x17" scan area. Wireless printing from my laptop and iPad make easy work from any room in the house. Double-sided printing and two paper trays are two great features. 13"x19" prints are possible with the rear loading paper try. Overall this is a great printer. The only drawback is the size of the ink cartridges. I solved that dilemma with an outboard continuous ink system which allows countless printing while saving money on OEM cartridges. This printer also features a replaceable ink overflow cartridge whereas the older Epson printers were useless after the overflow ink cartridge reached the maximum saturation even though the printer was still in good operating condition.

WF-7620 not so great

It's never had the brilliant print quality Epson is supposed to be famous for. It's an ink hog. Requires more maintenance and nozzle cleaning than HP I have previously had.
