Almost decent

Epson continues to try and their products have some great things but something seems to *always* bring the product down.
This one is much the same with great prices and feature set. However the killer on Linux and basic Windows driver support have limited page sizes which I am considering to be a bug. I bought this to print tabloid size documents but is a no go with the current drivers (some of which are horribly out of date). The quick install on Windows 10 only has a handful of page sizes and nothing larger than letter... which defeats the whole purpose of a large format printer....again, this Epson has become a throw away printer.

Epson Workforce, WF-7620 By Steve

I have had my Epson WF-7620 wide-format printer for 6 weeks now. I design and do many different types of woodworking projects. This machine is great!! I needed a machine for enlarging drawings and pictures onto larger paper and larger photo paper. It makes excellent copies and photos. I love the large paper and photo sizes: 11x14;11x17; A3 and 13x19 sizes. It's exactly what I needed. I also like the two tray system, It saves a lot of time in switching from one paper size to another. I haven't had any problems with the machine so far. I'm glad I choose this printer instead of other printers. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Good printer. I like that I can print and scan 2 sided on 8-1/2x 11 and 11×17 . Nice color rendition. I also like the permanence of the ink.

Cannot print in black if low ink color

If you run out of a color ink and you still want to print in Black you will not be able to. How good is a printer that won't print?

Not for Photo's 7520 beats this printer hands down

The WF 7520 printed photos much better than the WF 7620. Colors are always off printing photos with this printer. The paper trays only allow special use papers like Super B in tray one which is very troublesome because tray one sticks out of the middle of the printer giving you no access to tray 2 unless you remove tray one. I use to keep super B in tray 2 and letter in tray 1. This is not possible with this printer as it doesn't recognize different paper sizes in tray 2. The 7520 allowed the use of Super B and other special papers in either tray.

Stay away from this printer

I bought this printer because of the wide format (11x17) printing and scanning capability. It worked great for 6 months. Now I get lines in my printouts. I have performed multiple head alignment and cleanings to no avail. I have changed cartridges several times so I know that the problem cannot be dry ink etc. I am printing across wifi which is extremely slow. I believe a firmware update cause this problem

Nightmare

I bought the printer two years ago, it had an system error, and had to be replaced. This is a large unit, so I brought it in to a Warranty service center and it was replaced by Epson. I got the replacement home and the document feeder didn't work. I would have brought it back but because of the size I kept it with the broken document feeder. It stopped working completely, just days out of warranty. It sits in my Garage as pile of garbage with a stack of new unused printer cartridges, waiting for a bin to throw it out. The cost of repairing it is just under the cost of what they are selling them new. Unhappy Epson customer :-(

Loved the features but not worth the hassle

We have now purchased 3 of the Epson Work Force. We needed it for the 11X17 capability. However, It does not print well after having them for a year - 2 years. Out of warranty and Nothing you do seems to fix the printer quality after a year of printing. We like everything about it, but the print quality is so bad that many times we can't even use it. There will be 3 going to their graves soon.
