After working fine for almost a year, the printer has devleoped extreme banding that makes output unusable. Randomly, lines across the page are blurred and indistinct. Colors are also muted and washed out. No amount of head cleaning seems to maek a difference. Neither does reinstalling the drivers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great priter, worked great out of the box. If there is a small amount of paper in the tray it tends to pick up multiple sheets and prints a little on each sheet. That was fixed by loading more paper, but a little annoying. Has print quality rivaling the laser I have beside it.

Easy set-up. I have not tried faxing yet. I also bought it because it will print 11 x 17 paper. So far, so good.

If I could only get it to do dishes!
My 9 year old printer finally died. Hurray! So I checked out the latest in printers and I am soooo happy we got this one. It does EVERYTHING!

I haven't had an Epson printer in years but this one is the best that I have ever had. I LOVE it. You out did yourself this time. I am looking forward to having this printer for years. I will consider only using Epson from now on.

These are the best printers I have ever used. When I had to sell the one I had I was lost with out it. I finally bought this Epson 7620 and am now a happy camper :) LOL.
