We have a few of these and not really any issues. We use one with oem ink, and 3 with aftermarket ink and have no trouble at all. Happy with them as we usually are with epson printers.

Remote printing

Great printer, however the real difference is the automatic updates with the latest software. This the first network printer that stays up to date as features and options change... The easy-to-use setup menus are simple and allow any mobile device to send via the Web printing. Epson email confirmation are timely and correct. Confirmation that you know are accurate and complete... Scanning documents into a cloud is another great feature. I imagine the option to save within a internal network cloud is right right around the corner... I'm impressed.

Great Buy for Home Business

This printer is a great buy for a home business! There are advanced features such as email to print and air print support for apple users. Wifi printing and setup was super easy. The only reason why I didn't give this printer a 5 star rating is because its much larger than I anticipated. Aside from that, everything else is great.

The WF-7620 is a very good working printer. Does a nice job duplexing and the output is nice and clear and crisp. The only thing I would like to see is the software needs some tweaking. When you put an envelope or paper in the rear feed tray, the software should automatically default to the rear tray. Than afterwards go back to the paper cassette if nothing is in the rear feed. This is a nice fast printer, and the starter ink is still going strong after I have used it for a month or more.

This items is very easy to use. I love it. I have not had the opportunity to use everything on it yet. The cartridiges are a little expensive, but it's wonderful.

New computer

This EPSON Workforce WF-7620 PC is very difficult to set up and use. I'm sure I'll eventually get it, but it's not simple. The general printing is very good as is the print for use on a personal greeting card with pictures. I'll tell you more later. Does not come with a manual. Maybe I'll find it on this PC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
