TERRIBLE PRINTER

prints are not as great as the say, I had this print for 30 days and it was already awful, couldnt return it. bad machine!!!!

Was good when it worked

I really needed a wide format printer for a project and it worked really well for part of it. After the original ink ran out it started printing with stripes and smudges no matter how many times the aligned the printer and cleaned the print heads. After installing 3 brand new colour cartridges, it printed 3 good pages and then stopped with an error 97 code. It has not recovered from anything I have tried. It is very frustrating. Now in the middle of another important time sensitive print project, the printer has failed me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unreliable printing

I bought this to print quality prints but it did not deliver quality prints!
The color and quality were inconsistent and became troublesome when printing anything other than on regular paper. We had to print a few "test" to try to get it the right quality. Too many bells and whistles not working seamlessly or cohesively. I ended up using so much ink just trying to get a good quality photo print.

Printer has good quality. Wireless hardware has issues

Printer has good quality, picture level graphics output.
Built in wireless hardware has issues. If one hardcodes IP the printer thinks the IP is used and repeatedly says the IP is used, prompting one to have to OK on the printers screen if unit is cold booted.

Horrible product

Constantly changing paper source between two trays. Wont let me change trays before printing. Also, quality of the printed pages is really bad. Tried cleaning and realigning nozzles and nothing helped. Wont buy Epson ever again. This is a second Epson printer I purchased, both same issues after a short while!!!

I have been an Epson printers user for several years. The quality of the prints from the Epson WF-7620 are superior to any other printer that I have ever used.
The WF-7620 comes with 3 paper trays which is very helful when using regular paper size, legal size paper and also Large format paper.
This printer is very helpful for those individuals that would like to print using photo finished papers, you will be amazed; and don't take my word for it, purchase an Epson WF-7620 and you will be as glad you did as I am.

WorkForce 7620 great so far

I haven't had my printer long but so far so good. Love the simple way it prints on both sides of the paper without me having to take the paper out and readjust it in the printer. It does that automatically when I select 2-sided printing. I love the way it can print 11.5X17 inch sheets also, along with the letter size and I believe it also does 14 inch paper.
As I said--so far so good.

I've only had this printer for 1 day. So far I have been very impressed with it. I tried printing some pictures with it and they turned out very nice. My old printer left lines in the picture. Looking forward to a lot of good work with this printer.
