I have been a network analyst for 30 years and these are about the wrost instatallation directions I have ever used. There is a 'Start Here", then a 'Quick Guide', then 'Registering your Computer"",, and a 332 page manual. You also need a scanner to see some of the directions. Good Luck.

Love but frustrated

I love this printer/scanner/copier. The only problem I am having is the smeared printing on some documents and not on others. I have run the clean printer head several time, wasted A LOT of ink doing that. I have changed the black ink several time but it has never been fixed. I print a lot of usps barcodes and they are not scannable.

This is the second Epson printer in 2 months. It stops scanning and I have to feed one page in at a time. If I put more than that is jams up. The first one did the same thing.

Touch screen doesn't work
on December 8, 2014

Only four months old and touch screen doesn't respond, leaving me with a very expensive paper weight. Having trouble finding a way around it, doesn't seem to be addressed in Epson material, but still looking. Very frustrating, definitely would not recommend.

The printer works great.. I am having one problem with the printer. If I don't print on it for a while and I want to print something the printer doesn't print. I have to shut it off and power it back on and then all my printouts come out.

Really happy with this printer. I use it in a Kitchen & Bath business. Needed it to be easy to set up, easy to use, inexpensive to operate and I needed it to be able to handle printing my 2020 drawings which is a CAD based program. I love it. Prints fast, the quality is great! I also print many photos! Great printer for photos! I love it you will too!

Great printer especially in that price range

Love this printer. It is the wide format and it works better that the other brand's more expensive model. Also I no longer have to rotate and reload my paper to print on both sides. Just wished that I had purchased it sooner. Thanks Epson

terrible printer

Sure it has the ability to print on 12x18, but just try to get it to copy anything to that paper, it doesn't recognize it. Don't use it to print checks, either, it regularly pulls in more that one sheet of paper and messes up the whole batch. The touch screen set up is infuriating, I challenge anyone to set up presets for oversize paper its supposed to accept, without smashing its face in. The color is only good for a few sheets, then you have to clean the print heads. The ink cartridges are very small, hard to come by, and very expensive.
