This printer replaces two printers. I had a wide printer and a regulator one.

We must like it, we've purchase 3 of them.

Our Civil Engineering firm has purchased three Epson WorkForce WF-7620 All-in-One Printers for use in our branch offices. They have proven themselves to be extremely reliable despite their relatively low cost. The Tabloid sized (11 x 17) scanner and printing size option is a much needed feature in an engineering office.

Hard to beat this machine
on May 1, 2016

We have had the machine for about three months now. We use it in our business - constantly. Have had no problems so far. It gives great copies, excellent printing, and scans at a very high quality. Set up was easy, and took no time at all. The ability to auto feed two different paper sizes is a big plus for us. The 11" x 17" size is usually not available at this price. It is by far, "not" the most expensive machine we have had, but it is turning out to be one of the best.

wf 7620

I design houses and small commercial buildings and use the wf 7620 to print half scale versions of 24X36 plans I create. It is hard to find, but 13X19 plain paper is available and the wf 7820 has been flawless. Having a tray to hold a large qty. of 13X19 paper in a horizontal position works much better than 10 or 20 sheets in a vertical feeder.

WF 7620 Second Paper tray
on May 11, 2016
Posted by: Tim
from Boston, MA, USA
I like that Epson redesigned the printers to have a permanent second tray. I print a lot of 8.5"x11" and also 11"x17" half size plans for construction projects. The 11"x17" prints are easier to use in the field for a quick review. The other Epson printer I had only had one working tray so you had to always switch the trays when you wanted to go to a different size paper. Then the slider on the second paper tray broke and I could not print 11"x17" paper anymore.

Great large format printer

I was looking at a laser large-format printer but didn't want to spend the money and this one claimed to print as well as a laser. It does print really well. This is the best inkjet printer I have ever owned. The price was reasonable although I do go through a lot of ink being that it's large-format.

Workforce 7620

I am the Pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Palatka, Florida, and this printer/fax/copy machine is the easiest thing to operate and the quality of printing is outstanding.
I utilize it for initial copies of my sermon's and the quality is always above and beyond the call of expectancy.
The only thing I would recommend is to keep extra sets of the expanded ink packs on hand, because when your printer is fifteen miles from the Staples Store and need a copy right away, a thirty mile round trip takes away from quality time and money.
