The Epson WorkForce 7620 performs as expected. I have used Epson printers for over 15 years and have found them to be of high quality. I purchased the WF 7620 as I required larger format printing capability. The only issue I experience is that on occasion the printer looses contact with my computer which required that I turn the printer off and then on again to force it to re-establish its connection. I am pleased with the high quality of the printing results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was looking for "WIDE" body printer and this one was on sale, so took advantage of it. Not only does this printer offer me what I need, but it comes from a company with a good standing. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a "work horse" with plenty of options.

Has Wireless Connection Issues

Although the printer prints very well, the internet wireless feature is a joke. It fails 9 out of 10 times. We are constantly turning on and off, re-setting up, changing info etc. If you need wireless this printer is not a good idea.

BOUGHT AND INSTALLED RECENTLY HAVE NOT USED MUCH BUT WAS EASY TO INSTALL AN SET UP. LOVE THE PRINT SPEED, GOOD COLOR DO NOT HAVE ANY NEGATIVES TO VOICE

Great service and very helpful. After running thru the steps to fix my computer it didnt work. They very so kindly sent me a replacement printer and said it would be there 5-7 business days. The very next day it arrived! Happy customer :)

Love my new epson.

I can't help myself, I like having professional grade equipment in my home office. I've been in management for the last 30+years, and I'm used to having equipment that works.
Yes, I duplicated my fax features that my mono laser has, but I wanted to be able to print 11x17 paper for some of the organizations I support.
This printer installed flawlessly on my home wired network and on my wifi network. It loaded the correct drivers for the win 7 machines and for the win 10 machines. Mobile printing was installed without a glitch. The printer has even updated its firmware twice, semi automatically (asked for permission). What is not to like about a printer that does everything you expect out of the box. Including printing great photographs.

Large disapointment

The Epson WF-7620 is a big piece of equipment, that requires a fair amount of space.
If you are looking to print photos there are better alternatives. The prints I have tried keep coming out with roller marks, and look as though they are draft prints, and not the high quality selected.
Probably a good office printer, but very good for prints.

unless im doing something wrong this machine is very slow and especially when scanning and that scan is being saved...Very slow
