I've had this for about 1year and very satisfied with-it .Only problem so far is that sometimes paper jambs and sometimes several sheets are partly printed so they are wasted. 'also the manuel os so large that it takes several hundred pages to print out. Otherwise it prints great photos in large format.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent. My WF-7620 started giving problems after 21 months from the purchase date. EPSON technical support was competent and helped me work through the problem. However, it was not correctable. Even though the 12 month manufacturer warranty was expired, EPSON sent me a brand new printer to replace the faulty one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Print Quality is very poor. Ink use is horrible. Picture quality awful... Disappointed!

The printer works seamlessly for the various printing jobs that we do. I do recommend that the XL inks be used for big jobs and multiple use. I`ll definitely recommend this printer to friends and

Very reliable printer, easy print, no need select paper format, 2 side printing works like a charm.
I wish I could upgrade to the new Cartridge Free model which is going to be a MUST, i am sure...

I have been using an Epson WF 633 for the past 5+ years and I needed an Epson that does so much more. The WF-7620 fits that bill.

Overall a good printer and scanner

I bought this printer for my business and am pretty much pleased with it. I have had a couple of issues with it connected to my wireless network that somehow resolve themselves. I did order an Xlarge black cartridge from Epson and had the ink head dry out on a daily basis. It was resolved when I replaced it with a regular ink cartridge. The other issue is more recent where the fonts are not printing correctly and consistently, even when they are the same fonts on the same sentence. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
