Great hard working printer

Great!!! I was on the fence because it seemed like an even good/bad reviews. Glad I took the chance. this is an amazing printer. Prints fast, the dual paper trays are great and you can preset in the settings so it will automatically pull from what tray it needs too. duplex printing is great and fast. it prints clear and good quality. the only thing i had to change setting wise was the print color source, the epson vivid print setting just doesnt print the right colors, just have to switch to adobe rgb colors, and it is perfect. i print high volume letter and legal, color and black and white on a daily basis and it has been amazing so far i have had for 3 months. also twice a week i print out a work report on the 11"x17" paper and it comes out perfect as well, and i switch right back to letter and legal , no issues at alignment at all. I definitely recommend for personal or work, again i use this for work and it is high volume.

I am totally blown away by this series of printers. The only reason we considered this printer to begin with was because we needed a bigger scanner. We run a very small business that often requires scanning pictures from books without taking the pictures out of the books. This WF7620 fits the bill nicely. We also home school and the duel feed for papers makes refilling the paper a monthly process instead of weekly. We were amazed when this printer did it's first two sided print. We hadn't had a two sided printer before and that is a great paper saver in itself. incredibly sharp printing and scanning. Really, this is one of the best products we have ever purchased and how Epson did all this at this price point is simply amazing. Some people might think the unit is too big but we have always had a dedicated space for our printer and this one fits where the old one was. It is twice as tall and a few inches larger foot print than our Epson Artisan 810 was but it is absolutely worth ever inch. We never had a problem with our Artisan 810, (my oldest son has inherited it now) but the WF7620 just feels very solid and robust. I like the dedicated solidly mounted control panel and the paper trays and out feed paper holder are strong and easy to work. I don't have a land line so I haven't hooked up the fax part. Final analysis, We are totally satisfied and pleased with the WF7620.

Great printer, although I have had 3 problems

A great printer, except for three problems: 1) problem with print driver which prevents me from printing to 11x17 paper, 2) problem with laptop and Windows 10 staying connected to printer "Printer is off" although printer power was On. To solve items #1 and #2, I just updated "Drivers and Utilities Combo Package". Final issue is cost of Epson inks and my consumption pattern.

"A Neurotic Device in Constant Need of Attention!"

Epson is notorious for trying to take over your print settings and workflow. The WF-7620 is by far the worse. It is billed as a small business printer - user friendly and designed for moderate to heavy use in a small business, yet it is required to constantly interact with the printer, face-to-face, in order to expedite use. Nothing more frustrating than to constantly have to go to the printers location and physically press a button to confirm what you intended by sending the command in the first place. Beyond frustrating when a simple command is overwritten by the printer in an attempt to "assist" with your command. If you are within an arms length of your WorkForce this can be a great tool for your business. If, on the other hand, you want to simply PRINT and want it controlled from your computer and do not want to constantly go to the printer to answer a question you never, EVER want asked - this psychoneurotic device is not for you. The WF-7620 will frustrate you and cause an unwarranted waste of your valuable time. This attempt to provide a printer for dummies has been lost at the expense of he or she who IS NO Dummy and has no-use for a neurotic device in constant need of attention.

This printer is by far the best over all 4 in 1 printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine I have ever purchased. What a find it was. Not only the cost of it was so reasonable, but the features it has.
2 trays for up to 11 x 17 inches paper it, also has a feeder on it that will take up to a 13 x 19 in paper for full bleeds printing.
2 sided printing.
4 color printing
Even more features. check it out for yourself.
