I work in the Oil /Gas business as a QC Inspector - Supervisor. This is the only printer out there in its class that can not only handle the workload which is heavy having to print out Hundreds of multi page FIWP's for QC and for Craft (using both sizes of paper), , but do it without having to change out the paper each time one wants to go from 8 X 11 to 11 X 17...something that I do often. I own two of these units: one for home office or doing QC work in town and another I take with me to projects up in the Oil Sands.
Great versatile unit that I have been using for more than 3 years now....without incident.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really enjoy the Epson wf-7620. I use to own the Epson 3520, but up graded to a new printer and faster with more function for my home use.

Good But Not Quite Great

The print quality is great, it prints from my MacBook, my iPad, and my iPhone, and it makes copies, scans and faxes - so what's not to like?
Well, it won't print on business card or postcard stock - a real shortcoming for a "business" printer. And it's a bit fussy with labels, too. This is my second WorkForce printer, and I hoped they would have done something about this.
Second, despite the fact it has two trays, I have a really hard time getting it to recognize and use the first tray. This should be intuitive, not something I have to download and print the manual for.
Third, to make a copy you have to choose print on the LCD screen, then click OK if the settings are correct, and then choose the black or color copy button. The old WorkForce had a one-step copy process.

Great printer

This replaced a HP OfficeJet that had just seen it's better days. I got this printer for the 11 x 17 capabilities, and I couldn't be happier with it. The ink use is much much more economical than the OfficeJet. I've been on "low ink" warnings for a couple months. I don't use the printer every day, but still very impressed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for artists!

I cannot thank Epson enough for this amazing product, finally a reasonably priced large format scanner that an artist like myself can afford, perfect for scanning in my 11x14 ink and pencil. Can't wait to see how watercolour turns out with this scanner, everything comes out so crisp! Before this scanner I bought a mustek and it was awful trying to get it to work, and the company refused a refund for they're non-functioning product. This epson scanner is a dream after that exprience.
I would recommend this to a friend!
