This is a replacement unit for warranty issues. I am pleased with the performance. And appreciate Epson standing behind their product.

does not play well with W10 Surface 4

Otherwise nice printer, but drivers do not allow W10 and related apps to select tray 2 11x17 format. Does not show up in the printer paper size window.

Nice Printer BUT Paper Jam Issue

Good printer. Good relatively small size for printing 11 x 17. Had an issue after just printing several Letter size sheets with printer showing "Paper Jam" which was not the case. Ended up being a hardware problem. Epson replaced the printer without question.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had this printer for 3 Years. My only compliant is that you cannot turn it on remotely. You have to walk to its location and turn it on before printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this all-in-one printer - and am dismayed ... updated ... but can't save presets. I want to save scans as PDF's but I have to select EACH TIME. Waste of time. Can't wait until it dies .... find something that works.

Not for small business

I have had this printer a little over a year and it has not all been good. The out tray extension broke, it "eats" about a forth of the paper that goes through it and after about 6000 prints, the print head is finished! Don't waste your money, unless frustration is your part time hobby.
