Started Out Good, Ended Up in the Trash

Error Code 0X97.
Searched all over the internet, and tried everything. This printer worked fine for a while, then this Error Code 97 came from out of nowhere making the printer inoperable. No warranty means I lost my money.

Very disappointed. The printer stopped working when I just so happened to need it the most! Go figure! I won't by the Epson brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Capable Wide Format Printer

I have been using Epson printers for over 25 years. I find the Epson's easy to install (network or usb) and are extremely user friendly. The WF-7620 continues this tradition. The only negative for this particular printer is the ink cartridges. Based on the probable use of this printer, I would rather see the higher capacity cartridges like the 786's be used in this printer. Cost of high capacity cartridges are about the same but would almost double the rated page capacity.

Doesn't print Microsoft Word documents well

This printer was good when we got it about 18 months ago, about 6 months ago it started printing very poor quality word documents. I have tried all of the maintenance procedures but the quality is still terrible. Looking for something to replace it with.

I purchased the machine about a month ago because it will print on watercolor paper. The ink is not affected by watercolor.

Bought this to use in a home office. Volume is low compared to large site. Printer performs tasks asked of it to date. Like the ability to print envelopes to tabloid sheets. I use an above average amount of ink. I am satisfied and would recommend this to another user. Thinking of adding a second unit to a remote office.

Best Option for Archtects

I love this AIO so much that when I experienced Error Code 0x97 (i.e. dead motherboard after 2 + years), I went a purchased another within the very hour. I love the double-sided and that I can print half-size Architectural prints on 12x18 size paper. Plus, the second paper tray saves me hours each month.

My Best Printer in 15 years.

I bought this in 2015. It's never needed repairs. It's faster than my color laser, and using their ink, I've never had smudges or runs, even when spills hit the paper.
Use 22lb (or above) paper for duplexing to avoid seeing through to the other side.
The primary factor in the cost of a printer is the cost of ink/toner. This printer costs less than any printer I've ever managed.
