unreliable and expensive

Print quality began to degrade and the scan feature stopped working so we changed the ink cartridges, did all the maintenance and software upgrades then asked it to print and it shut off. We have not been able to turn it back on since.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paper jam error when there is no paper jam

I'm not happy that I get the paper jam error (Error Code 0x05) repeatedly every time I turn the printer on. The old solution was to keep the top ADF open and then turn on the printer again. It no longer seems to work. There hasn't been any paper jam.

I bought this because I needed a dependable all-in-1. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for streaks to appear on everything I print - and no amount of cleaning the heads or aligning the cartridges can fix it. I'm really disappointed.

Great printer

I’m any Engineer. Do through the 30 years of having nice printers, copy machines, etc., good technology at those times, I can say that the WF-7620, and my WF 7720 are the best I’ve ever had. All features are good. Copy is fast, wit all sizes of paper. From Cartridges 1 and 2, and the top ADF. I use the rear feeder sometimes for single pictures. The pictures, with good software are professional quality.
For the price. I’m very satisfied. Some things are better on the 7620, most are better with the 7720.
Hope you are getting some idea my thoughts.
I would recommend this to a friend!
