Needs to be able to scan what it can print

As an architect I needed a desktop printer that could print a full sized Arch B sheet (12x18). This printer does that quite well, and I am impressed with the quality of print. However, it cannot scan back in that same size sheet once I have marked it up.
Upgrade this printer to scan the size it can print and it's a 5 star piece of equipment.

Simply Fantastic! Simply the Best Purchase Ever!

I have been watching this product for over a year. Thank you Epson for getting this to the USA. This will give me better productivity. I was a bit concerned that another company boasted of their printer's productivity; however, it is very pricey and would only print up to 8 1/2 x 14 documents. I am glad for the auto duplex printing, the added tray for envelopes and the high capacity cartridges. The design is awesome. Thank you so very much!

The quality is everything I've come to expect from EPSON and more. But, with the expected quality, comes the priciest of the inks. The INKS that came with the product must of been bare-bone because my BLACK is nearly out and I hardly printed a brochure. The other COLORS show low as well but not as bad as the BLACK shows. I don't know why I don't choose a different printer knowing full well the prices of the inks. I suppose I don't print that much that I'm buying ink on a hourly basis.

Shouldn't be this hard

Does not always work. I will try to print or scan and will get an error telling me there is no connection. After I fiddle with it I can get it to work most times. But other times I just give up in frustration. When I get it to work it prints a nice page. I am not a newbie at this so I'm fairly certain the problem is in the printer and it's software. I have it set up wireless. And that, along with the wide format, is why I bought it. I do expect more out an Epson.

Overall Pretty Good

I am in the construction industry and I bought this printer for work. The main reason for choosing this printer was because it would print 11x17 easily, and in this industry 11x17 is a necessity. I am located on a job site in an office trailer, so there is a lot of dust that is always flying around. After 6 months of use there was suddenly an issue with the printer not printing clearly. There was a regular smudge across the sheet every time I printed. I called Epson and they walked me thru the process to fix it. Every attempt was met with failure and so Epson determined it is a faulty piece of equipment and is sending a new one to replace this. Pretty frustrating but great customer service to replace this printer quickly. Hopefully the new one does not run into the same issues. Overall a good product and really seems to be a great workhorse.

My WF 7620

It is not a very good printer. It does a poor job of communicating when something does not work....and that is a lot of the time. I am unable to adjust it, no matter what I do. It's features are not very good. It blanks out a half inch line across the middle of the page when I scan or copy. It tells me it can't communicate with my scanner. Will not allow adjustments. If you can't help me I will return it and go back to an HP Printer.

Waste of My Money

I purchased this model for my classroom. It takes awhile to begin printing. I had challenges with it printing front and back. The ink duration was horrible. It wants you to replace ALL ink when one color is out. Keeps giving you an error message that you must bypass. It complicated trying to figure out the direction of printing and the tray it is using. I so wish I could get my money back for this printer.

Not Happy

I found in the beginning the printer was good. However after 2 years of normal use the print heads have clogged so many times that I need to replace the whole printer. The cost of sending it out to be fixed would be more than a new one.
