Wow! Epson has outdone themselves.

I have been a fan of Epson printers since my first dot matrix printer many years ago, but this time, they really hooked me. The printer was incredibly easy to setup and is quiet, fast and smarter than me. A definite must-have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A solid workplace printer

Two weeks into using the WF-7620 and I definitely love it! It scans everything up to 11x17 with ease, and prints effortlessly. I have printed wirelessly through my home network, using the Epson Connect service to print from my Galaxy 3, and had the printer scan to my email address. All worked flawlessly. The jury is still out on whether the cost of consumable rivals that of laser printers, but I'm hopeful.
If I have to mention a caveat, it is the lack of a tray for 11x17 sheets. Having to use the single sheet bypass feeder becomes a chore when printing half-size plan Drawings. But I knew that was true when I purchased the machine. Consider that a wish for the future (hint, hint, Epson!).

Replacement

2 weeks after Epson Warranty expired, Epson diagnosed a needed repair at my expense. Fortunately, I purchased a store warranty for an additional year. Printer was replaced with a new one. Epson was very helpful with this second installation on our two MACs. The wireless connection of the second computer required extensive software removal and re-installation. The second computer install process was not intuitive to me, a regular computer user.
Their support line gets one to a real person fairly quickly and is not filled with a lot of automated messaging toward self help options first.

Too many requirements for spying

This product will not stay connected to wireless if anything interrupts it for any reason. It requires Cloud download of which I don't want. I don't care to have my information shared with everyone and cannot connect wireless without using it. If I cannot connect again (for the 10th time in 3 months) today I will consider it a copier only, buy something else for wireless printing and throw this one away when ink is out.

Horrible Color printing

This printer does not have any ICC profiles available for it. It's print quality for photos is just horrid. I've tried every paper and every thing I could try. I can not get this to perform like a professional printer. don't buy it if you are looking to print pictures, art, or anything of that nature.

Not happy on day 2

We purchased this printer yesterday and had no problem loading the program and getting it working. It would not work the next morning and as of having it on for 2 hours, I have had to turn it off and on two different times to get it to print. Not happy with this product at this point.

Poor Choise

This is by far the worst printer I have dealt with. WIFI hook-up was slow. We print 99% PDF's of CAD files and marked-up CAD files. If you have a document over 2 pages then use a different printer if you really need a copy. This printer will give you an "error printing" the majority of time. I have not tried hooking up directly to the printer but do not believe this should be required. If your looking for a workhorse go to a different stable.

User Guide and loading legal size paper
on August 23, 2014

I just purchased this printer-copier-scanner-fax machine. Locating the user guide is a chore. I have yet to determine how to easily load legal paper. The paper appears to be slightly longer than the loading cartridge.
