Epso WF-7620 Installation

Everything went fine until it came to configuring paper sizes for the 2nd tray. Letter size was easy for the 1st tray, because it was selectable from the menu. Tabloid was not available as a menu selection, so manually entering the length and width of the paper I use was required;Tis, tis!
Since I had to use the slowly-incrementing touch screen to enter these values, (starting from 8.50 X 11.00 respectively), this process took quite some time. My finger got tired.
Recommend adding "Tabloid" as a paper size selectable in the configuration menus.

Great printer and Epson Warranty Support

We have used this printer for the past year with great results. For some reason the printer head clogged even though our use of it should have have resulted in that outcome. Easy to exchange via Epson support and they will analyze the printer that was returned to improve future products. Make sure you use regularly or at minimum do a cleaning and nozzle check (printer specialist recommendation).

Set-Up

The printer will fill my need. My only objection is the set up takes quiet a while and you have to hunt through the Epson website for the instructions. A CD would be very helpful or at least a set of printed instruction where to go in the Epson system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been working all day to get this printer to work. It keeps telling me to insert cartridge 1 correctly.

-My printer refuses to connect to both my computer and my roommate's computer over wifi. As it is heralded as a wireless printer, it doesn't come with a cord. I've spend hours trying to fix this with epson, my computer support, and wifi supplier. It is a printer problem.
-The print quality is terrible. Even after SEVEN cleanings - three one day with intermittent nozzle checks, waiting overnight, and more of the same the next day - not all of the dots connect and the quality is awful.
-It won't take the ink it advertises it will take. Upon buying the EPSON ink it says to buy and installing it, it declared it to be nongenuine and that using it will void the warranty, BUT IT IS THE INK IT ADVERTISED TO GO WITH THE COMPUTER!

Easy to set-up and start to print. Love the ledger size prints and border-less too. Wi-Fi is nice too as well as air-print.

Wireless Printing

Very good printer, but not at printing wirelessly. The printer continues to show it is hooked up to our network, but more often than not, will not show up on our ipads and not print without directly hooking up with a cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
