NOT a Plug in an Go Printer

This Printer takes some time and knowledge to set up. Doesn't come with easy to read set-up instructions. The instructions are generic, so you need to have some basic computer knowledge to understand. The setting up of the wireless is quite challenging, expecially when the set-up CD doesn't work and you have to set it up on your computer knowledge. If you are pretty knowledgable in computers, this is a great printer. If your like my mother or people that don't have much computer knowledge, this one is not for you!!!!!

Epson Should Make Better Printers

Why would there be no option to select the correct cassette from which to print? they're both made to hold different paper sizes so why would the printer insist on printing from cassette 1 without an option to switch to cassette 2?
Waste of time and money.

If I could give this printer 0 zero starts I would. For the amount of money I spent on this printer and it's ink I expect quality printing. Not only are the colors extremely dull, I have had multiple paper jams. Additionally, I have had this printer for a couple of months and the ink head is already clogged and actually needs to be replaced. In terms of computer and printer compatible I would say this is lacking as well. The presets on the printer make it difficult for me to print from my laptop from PDFs and from Word documents. I have to go into settings every time I want to print just to get it to do what I want it to do. It shouldn't be this hard to print! A user friendly printer should be able to print with just a click of a button! I regret this purchase every single time I try to use it. On the very rare occasion it does work and that gives me a brief moment of hope for this printer. But, it never lasts! I HIGHLY discourage anyone to buy this printer. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

excellent software setup for wireless

Epson wf-7620 comes with great software that easily sets up on home or business network. It saw network only requires me to know password if wireless router on secure network. No worries. Easy to do. Every other printer I have set up balked at ease of networking connect. Also mobile app Epson Connect easily found printer and connects for seamless mobile printing. 15 minutes set up time not hours like HP and others. Someone writing software at Epson knows their stuff. Thank goodness for us consumers.

I JUST PURCHASED THIS PRINTER AND I AM PRAYING THAT IT DOES EVERYTHING THAT I NEED IT TO. I HAD AN EPSON FOR A LONG TIME AND THEN CHANGED TO A HP AND WAS NOT HAPPY SO NOW I AM BACK AND BOUGHT THIS MACK DADDY AND WE WILL SEE IF IT PERFORMS TO MY EXPECTATIONS.
