My new start up needed a reliable printer that could handle letters, spreadsheets, color renderings, brochures and borderless printing; along with the daily email and other record printing.
The Epon WF 7620 has a few issues: the trays are finicky, and the software is slightly temperamental; but overall I am THRILLED with this all in one!
The multiple paper trays, and selection, the touchscreen controls and the ease of scanning, printing and switching to borderless printing make this machine shine.
The ink goes quickly, but that is a function of quantity. Print less use less....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't Go Wrong

This has been the best printer that I have bought yet. Can't go wrong with the Epson WF-7620 for your everyday printing and scanning needs. Absolutely love this machine! This is the second WF-7620 that I have bought for my company. I have bought other Epson printers because of their customer service and how their printers hold up in the construction environment that I am in. I would highly recommend any Epson printer to whom ever is looking for a long lasting printer!!!

Amazing Printer Product!

The Workforce arrived perfectly packaged, down to the most minute detail. The set up was super easy, and all of the software worked flawlessly and swiftly!
Looking at the printouts, this is way better than anything else in the same price range. Up to tabloid sizes...and the ink does NOT smear when water gets on it!
Thanks to Epson for an awesome customer experience!!

I enjoyed my Epson printer once I was able to get it set up correctly. Setting up the printer was not user friendly and took a lot more work to get it set up correctly than I was used to with other printer brands. In addition I had to call the helpdesk several times prior to getting it to work properly.
I just purchased a new computer and Now I am having an issue with it printing the colors correctly. The new computer has windows 10 and after researching found out the printer drivers have to be updated for windows 10. Even after downloading the new print drivers my gold color is printing pink. I will call customer service to see if they can walk mw through correcting the issue.
