This is the worst printer I've ever had. The ink smears and at times is unreadable. Pictures show lines in between the colors and are unclear. It ships pegs while printing. All in all a very bad experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is the worst printer I have ever used. It the most user unfriendly. I literally want to throw it out the window!

High Hopes Dashed

I had high hopes for this Printer, Copier, Scanner, Fax combo, but it disappointed me right from the start. I follow all of the set up instructions to the letter, but it didn't matter it was unable to make the connection to my Comcast Wi-Fi. Then it kept saying there were paper jams, when in reality there were not. I don't why a setup can't just go smoothly, but this machine appears to be completely incapable of that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have purchased 3 epson product all 7620 multi-function printers. The ink from epson runs out almost with-in a day, no matter what printer. Then when you purchase ink from an after market supplier for 1/2 the amount and get 320 more prints, it affects your cash flow.
The reason why we purchase them....we use the 11 x 17 tray, in which none of the new ones has inside of it, so we keep using the tray from the first one we purchased. I just threw another one out and plugged another one in, however since its networked we pay more for the set-up than the computer.

Having trouble with wireless printing thru Wi-Fi

the printer needs a more illustrated intstruction booklet with more pictures and explanations. We still haven't completed the Wi-Fi hook-up.
