The quality of the printer is excellent. Regardless of any setting on the printer for paper type and paper source, the printer always tells me that the paper or source does not match. A real pain in the butt.

I have had this printer already for two months now, for home office. So far it has delivered good performance for all the things I needed, printing, copying, scanning and fax. Even the wide print features is working great for me when I need to print in larger scale, though only for 5-7 sheets. This is not for fast-printing, heavy-duty work though since it takes time to print. Otherwise, I am happy with its performance overall.

The installation and set up was awesome.
I am doing wireless printing and it recognized and setup automatically with the loading of software.

MUST HAVE for a creative office or studio. I'm astonished at what you get for this price. I've been an EPSON only girl for many many years now due to their Mac-friendliness but I'll never sway now! GET THIS PRINTER!!!!

If I leave paper select to auto - it spits the paper out of the rear feed and grabs it out of the tray, I have to go in every time and select rear feed if I need it to grab a paper from the rear. Other than that I have loved it for the past 6 months.

Good all around "Work Horse"

This printer is a solid all around workhorse. It makes great copies and does 2-sided printing with ease. Color is good for what it is. I like the 2 trays for paper. It should be noted the printer is very heavy. It's footprint is not overly large however for a printer that will print 13x19's. My only real complaint is that it does just what it was designed for...WHAT you say? It doesn't have any print profiles for adjusting color easily (or maybe not so easily but accurately) like many PHOTO printers from the same manufacturer. But then it wasn't designed for that. It's just something I wish it could do beyond it's design parameters. It does make pleasing prints and will satisfy most business users. Overall a good printer. (Note I haven't used it for faxing but I'm sure it would work fine)
