Big but versatile

This is one flexible (and big and heavy) machine.
You can scan, copy, fax, and print both sides of anything up to and including B-size paper.
Other Wide-format All-In-One machines might be able to print on the larger paper, but can only scan up to A-size, let alone auto-feed and scan both sides of B-size printouts.
And yet... it can handle small photo paper just as easily.. right down to 3.5x5 inches.
The stock can be almost any weight, right up to card stock.
You can have both of the paper trays loaded with different sizes and types of paper, and need to print an unrelated item (like an envelope or postcard,) so there is a third single sheet feeder that will do just that.
Ink usage is on a par with any current inkjet printer, and the XL cartridges hold almost three times more ink than the standard size.
Printing quality is also equal to any of the printers currently on the market, and droplet size is sufficiently small for photo prints to appear as smooth as any old school photograph.
I upgraded from a two-year-old WF-7520 to this machine, and expect that it will be just as reliable (no problems with either machine... yet).
I especially like the ability to print 8.5x11 booklets, and have already gone through a couple of the smaller tanks of black ink, printing about 100 11x17 sheets of paper (the equivalent of 400 sheets of A-size). I now have a new XL-size tank waiting in the wings.

Epson WF 7620 is a very good printer, scanner, copy machine. I have been very pleased with the performance of the machine. I mainly bought it because I wanted to print out some the paintings I paint using watercolor and acrylic paints. I am having problems printing heavy paper. Overall the printer is very good.

For the most part this has been easy

For the most part setting up my Epson Workforce-7620 All-in-One Printer has been easy. And the few tests I have run resulted in superior copies, prints and scans. The one part that has been difficult has been setting up scanning through the Cloud. The system keeps telling me I have to register my 7620 with my Epson Connect account. I keep trying to do that with no luck. I've registered the 7620 twice now, once as part of the set up process and the second time manually. The second time the system acted as if I hadn't done it before, although I went through the exact same steps and received the exact same acknowledgement. More to come...

Love it. Initially hard to set up but you become used to the printer quite quickly. Slightly louder than I would have thought and no option for thicker/prepressed paper.

Wireless Network was difficult to set up. A USB cable should be included...no matter what length. It could have helped in the set up. Epson, take out the French labels, save yourself some money. Do more French speaking people buy the printer than English speaking people? If so, what about the other languages that you may be missing. People can create their own labels, if needed. Use the savings to provide a USB cable.
