THE TWO STACK FOR LETTER AND LEGER SIZE IS A PLUS FROM THE 7510/7520. MORE FUNCTIONAL.

Does what it should

The printer had sat idle for months when my friend gave it to me. I downloaded the newer driver package. Today I attached to a brand new computer and the firmware updated in the printer. Everything was SELF-DRIVEN. I did not have to know anything beyond clicking a button. I'm very happy with this unit. My main use is the scanner which is pretty much self-explanatory and a good organizer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Tech Service! They determined that my print head had to be changed, and offered me a new printer at no cost...this was Friday late in the afternoon, Monday 3:30 the doorbell rings and Purolator is here with my new printer!
Bravo Epson! If anyone needs a new printer they really should look into Epson!

Porr Support for Mac's

Out of the box color printing is terrible all of my prints are blue tinged does not seem to print black except for text.
Mac printer controls do not seem to have any effect on the printing.
No printer utility for the Mac.
Documentation is poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My printer stopped working correctly, and I called Epson tech support. After running some tests and trying a few things, they decided it was best to send me a new printer without question. It arrived in 2 business days. I think Epson service is wonderful.
