Excellent printer and service

Love the printer, there isn't another out there that provides the functionality of the WF-7620. My printer heads died after warranty. Epson replaced whole printer because of a known issue, no charge. Wish print heads were replaceable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best option for 11x17 papers

I am an Architect and Real Estate Broker. Many times I need bigger prints of building drawings for legibility. It is difficult to find an inexpensive but quality product. This one fulfils that need. I use mostly Laser Jet Printers. But same thing in Laser Jet, if available, could cost a fortune. Color pictures are printing very good, almost close to Laser Jet quality. It has many other features which are very useful. On top of everything the technical service, you could receive, is very good and gives you peace of mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Work Force is a work horse

Bought this because its capacity to print, scan large documents. We are really impressed with this machine. A good worker and addition to the home office.

Fax problem

I can not locate a access code for the fax to connect it to an outside line. My old printer/fax I programmed in the access code and then when we wanted to fax, all we had to do was put in the number. The machine would add the access line code plus a short pause and then dial the number.
This maybe a deal breaker for me and I may return the printer.

Excellent. I have always bought Epson products and have never had any problems. My brother took my advice and purchased an Epson printer and he likes it very much.
The only thing that I wish is that the manual came with it. Don't like to print out 355 pages.
