EASY SET-UP, EXCEPT . . .

I am impressed with the WF=7620. It has the full range of features I was looking for in a printer: scanning, faxing, and photo printing in large scale. The set-up was easy; however, the part of set-up that remains is getting the fax to work. I have tried a number of configurations, and none of them have worked to date. I plan to contact tech support in hopes of getting this glitch resolved.

Have been using the Epson products for awhile now and like there features and reliability better than the HP products. The 11 x 17 capability on the WF products is a major benefit for me. Have found there products to be very good.

New and Easy Install

I bought this 7260 because of it copy size of 11X17, a size of records at the Recorder's office where I do lots of land record searches in my historian role at our society. Previous Epson printer experience has been very favorable and it was very easy to install via Wi-Fi Test prints were great.

No fax instructions

There are no instructions on how to set up the fax and what the cover page will look like, and if there even is one. I do not have a CD drive. I am not sure if that would have made it easier. On line instructions are very brief on how to set up the printer, but again, nothing on setting up the fax.

Set-up

Set up was easy, just follow the instructions. Even had a website to go to if you don't have a CD Drive so you can load drivers. Setting up the network was also simple. I can't wait to start using my new WF-7620.

My WF-7620 was on the fritz and outside the warranty period, but Epson replaced it! New one works great. Thanks Epson for the great follow up service!
