Operation seems to be excellent, the reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was the first one purchased had a scanner issue with the doc feeder. Epson sent a new replacement. That one is working fine, the only negative I found was the unit really goes through ink fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer prints and copies on both sides of
paper including 11" x 17".
paper including 11" x 17".
The quality is excellent.
We print all of our 4 page contracts on one sheet of 11 x 17 paper and fold it in half. Really Great.

Extremely happy with my purchase of the Epson Workforce WF-7620. The machine and wi-fi was an easy set-up all-around. The Flash drive / SD card slots are a superb feature allowing for more ways to print and scan. The touch screen is also a great bonus with several options and features. It's ideal for small business and/or people that would like a solid machine to print / scan material for events (wedding, showers, parties) or for personal/business marketing/archiving. It prints and scans without delay or problems to solve.

I love this printer, it's easy to setup, love the amount of paper it holds, I love the fact that it copies both sides when scanning, if set up for 2 sided printing, most of all I like the wide format.

works great does great pictures on plain paper and is fast for an ink jet printer. Has plenty of paper supply so you do not have to change paper all the time

It was easy to set up and I like the way the works, it works like a regular fax and has it's own slot no scanning each sheet. the only problem I had was when I changed the ink cartridge it started printing with streaks then someone suggested to me to shake the ink up then re apply and that solved that problem. every now and then tray two two prints twisted for some reason.
