Needed a printer. Other printer - well no longer useful. This printer has been wonderful. Has met all my needs. Will be using fax during the tax season.

Its few years old prints large format (just hard to find 13x19 that will go through it nicely) I use it a lot and its in dusty environment but the brother printers I've had before that can do larger format are complete shi-t compared to the Epson it works GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Prints, scans large surveys that I use, and easily switches from letter to 11 x17 with no problems.

I have had excellent customer support in setting up the printer, in getting the kinks worked out ( I am not a tech slick) and in getting a fix taken care of.
I will buy another Epson in the future.

I bought this printer in July, and I am really happy with it. I would have given it five stars, but it is hard to turn on sometimes taking as many as six tries. Also if it stays on over night sometimes it refuses to come out of sleep mode.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned this for year for a year still like new the only thing is like all inkjet printers if let set too long you need to clean heads first before using

Difficult Wireless Setup

After about one month, it seems to be a solid business printer. Color gamut is good for business but a bit limited for photographs due to the RGB color inks as you would expect.
Setup into my TCP/IP network was not easy. The printer would not accept a DHCP assigned IP address. After multiple tries, I had to force a "hard" IP address in the range of 192.168.0.xxx. If you have this problem, don't waste your time - just set the IP address manually.

Really great printer! Two minor issues

This has been the best printer, I have had for my home office. I have two minor issues. My biggest gripe is if one of the color cartridges is spent, you can not print black and white. The other issue is minor and is just the nature of the beast. I have had this printer for about three years and in that time I had one paper jam. That was an interesting challenge to get that paper out. Aside from that it has been an excellent unit. Would strongly recommend to anyone that needs an all in one printer that can handle ledger size.
