It sucks, unreliable, terrible service

I've had this 5 months and I am about ready to replace it. I have had trouble with the ink, and it tells you there is a paper jamed when there isn't one, and of course you can't overide either one so you are stuck. Do yourself a favor and find another copier to buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's up with the yellow

Ok I like even love the unit but now that I have changed my first ink cartridges the yellow has little to no output. I bought a second yellow and still the same problem
I don't know if I would recommend this unit.
In general it works great; wifi printing from my phone and other devices is great, printing 11x17 is great, the main reason I purchased it that and occasional color needs.

The second Epson WF-7620!

I recently purchased the Epson WF-7620 for my husband's home office. I had another brand printer that gave out in 9 months...aughhh...so...I purchased the Epson for myself! I love the features, the durability and the speed of the printer. If you are looking for a great printer this is it!

A good buy

In Engineering I used "B" sized prints to work with and this was the main, other than the overall Epson Brand Name, reason for my first purchase. I rated this very useful equipment four stars because of the continuing headache and expense of the color feature but that may be excessive due to the engineering problem. Overall this printer will service my office needs.

Since day one, I have not gotten fully clean print. I've tried cleaning the heads many times. And, it seems to get lost as where cassette 1 is and reset to glossy paper. It almost next to impossible to print from either cassette 2 or the back straight through slot. I would not recomment this printer to anyone. Poor quality.
