Prints, can use generic ink, got it to scan 11x17" and works fine

setup cartridge problem

Interesting, only guide to which cartridge goes where iis a faint hint of color on the "start here" sheet.

Bought this a about 3 months ago. used minimally and now attempted to print my artwork with new ink cartridges and prints keeps coming out faded. disappointed... hope it get resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the easiest and most efficient installs I have done. even for this 83 year old, but still relatively smart grandpa it worked on first try, including wireless network setup.

I have had this printer for a month. At first I had trouble understanding where to add the large 12 x 18 paper I use but after a quick call to tech support it became obvious (cassette #2 can be pulled out and hold the larger paper). It prints fast and clear and double as my day to day printer for 8.5 x 11 (cassette #1). Thanks!
