New Doesn't Mean Better!

Wow, I have never had such a hard time getting a printer/scanner to work! I bought this to aged bulky printer combo, but this one has not proven to be any better. I have spent two hours today alone trying to get it to scan via any means possible, and this isn't the first time I've tried to do this. I was able to print via USB but when I go to scan, it says my computer isn't connected. I've ran all of Epson's software and nothing. All the support pages from their website haven't helped a bit. What a nightmare this has been.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing is the bomb! It was so simple to setup and install. Everything worked as expected. I have been reading the reviews and for the life of me I cannot understand why some people are having so much trouble. All you need to do is follow the set-by-step instructions and it practically installs itself! I would gladly recommend this printer to all my family and friends.

This printer does a lot, but it is the hardest printer to set up I've ever run into!

I HAD A BROTHER MULTI FUNCTION MACHINE. SHE WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD BUT STARTED ACTING UP. I DID MY RESEARCH AND DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS EPSON WF 3620. WHAT A GREAT MACHINE ! SETTING IT UP COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY A 5 YEAR OLD !! QUICK AND EASY !! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE EVEN FOR A SMALL BUSINESS !!!

I have yet to actually print anything other than the test pages, however, setting it up on our home wifi network was the easiest that I have ever encountered.
