set up error is not in instructions

Everything worked fine except when you first turn on the unit, there is nothing in the instructions to tell you to lock/click shut the ink holder. The unit then proceeds to only error and not continue the set up process. Took 6x before I googled the error msg and found this simple solution. Instructions should have included that simple minor detail to avoid all this headache, frustration, and time.

WORST EVER

After less than 60 days, I started getting error codes (0X10 for scanning, 0x9d for printing), and I can longer use this printer for ANYTHING. Searched online and thru Epson.com for answers.... NOTHING. Terrible. Do not buy! Have never had a problem like this with a printer.

Went through the setup just fine. Went to print my wifi summary page and nothing but one jam after another. I was really looking forward to this new printer. Any suggestions?

The setup/install for the WF-3620 printer from Epson is probably the easiest and fastest I have ever done with a new piece of equipment. Epson has it together for this printer!
Now I will see how it really performs......

Don't buy this printer

The printer is not working. It is repeatedly saying paper jam and there is not paper jam. I just unboxed it and set it up. I have been having this problem since I hooked it up. I should have just kept my old printer.

Do NOT buy this printer. I bought this printer TWICE and couldn't get passed the setup with fatal errors. The first was fatal error "oxf1" and kept instructing me to turn it off and on, which didn't help. I took it back to the store and got another one. So then I tried to set up the new one and I got a "t6711 fatal error", which said I needed to replace the "maintenance box" which was 5 minutes after I opened it! I will not buy this brand again.

Installation of this printer on my MacBook Pro (Yosemite) was a breeze! Amazing as I am not very tech savvy! Thank you Epson and Apple!
